The honoured reader will find a collection of traditional Hungarian cuisine dishes on the following pages. All the recipes are to be understood for 4 to 5 individuals. We can use oil or margarine instead of the lard mentioned and the natural ingredient for the cooking of the dishes. The Hungarian cuisine is famous for the use of hot paprika. Naturally, we can season with mild, in all cases too.
